THE START

Back in 2019, we approached LOOP as a start-up, non-profit organization without a name and very challenging mission: ending toxic chemical exposure. LOOP's ala carte menu of services and agile approach made it easy to get started and then to grow with them overtime. They not only assisted us with developing a complete branding strategy for our new organization but also took the reins and showed us how to tell ChemFORWARD’s story through dynamic visuals and compelling communications across platforms. We’ve worked together for a few years now and they continue to impress me with their boundless creativity, ability to collaborate, and the way they can translate my thoughts into reality.

I have recommended LOOP to others without hesitation. We continue to rely on them as we launch new offerings.

Stacy Glass, Co-founder and Executive Director ChemFORWARD

In 2019 MaterialWise, a trusted nonprofit source for chemical hazard data and alternatives, was expanding and needed to RENAME & REBRAND the organization.

Loop began by researching and brainstorming concepts and orchestrating a full-day, all-hands-on-deck development day with key stakeholders.

As a result, ChemFORWARD was created. With the new name came a new logo, brand, and website.

After this project was completed, the client wanted to retain our services and expand our scope to include social media management, marketing and communications strategy, public relations strategy, and ongoing graphic design.

We love being an integral part of the ChemFORWARD team.

SOCIAL

ChemFORWARD’s social media strategy was focused on sharing easy-to-understand information about chemical hazards and safer alternatives. The client wanted the look to be clean and fresh with concise content. The primary goal was to grow their LinkedIn channel.

ChemFORWARD gained close to 600 LinkedIn followers in the last 18 months. Engagement has increased by 627% and impressions jumped by 897%. Using clear calls to action has resulted in an increase in traffic to their website, and in turn, major lead generation.

ChemFORWARD’s social media now has a cohesive look and feel. The organization has seen firsthand the impact these efforts have had on its product awareness, overall reputation, and lead generation.

CAMPAIGNS

Know Better, Do Better is ChemFORWARD’s groundbreaking initiative to advance safer chemistry for the beauty sector. Loop Creative was tasked with branding and marketing all facets of this product launch.

After designing a product-specific logo, Loop developed visuals to guide the look and feel of the overall campaign. A comprehensive communications strategy which included website content creation and design, a social media strategic plan and public relations outreach was put in motion.

The result of this work was an extremely well-received product launch, press coverage is several major news outlets and dramatically increased traffic to ChemFORWARD’s website.

EXPANSION

  • Branding

  • Website

  • Campaign launch

  • Video creation

ChemFORWARD, in partnership with Apple, developed a shared repository of chemical hazard assessments for cleaning formulations with a focus on identifying safer alternatives. For this high-profile project, our client requested branding, a new website, and a full campaign launch with video content creation.

FRONT END APP DEVELOPMENT

We completed building the prototype from account creation to payment and delivery for three different types of chemical portfolios. This gave us insight into user flow. Key functionality requirements of the app are the search and ChemForward Portfolios.
